Handmade Blue Gingham Pappardelle — Fresh pasta sheets tinted with butterfly pea flower, and tossed in a light lemon-garlic cream sauce with parmesan and herbs

Dessert

Mini Blueberry Mascarpone Tartlets — Buttery tart shells filled with mascarpone cream, topped with blueberries and powdered sugar and lemon sorbet as per Cassie’s special birthday request!

Pasta & Pastry: Gingham Pasta Making + Mascarpone Tartlets

Join us for a deliciously creative experience where pasta meets pastry. In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to make gingham pasta from scratch—yes, those beautiful, hand-crafted, checkerboard noodles that are as fun to make as they are to eat. We’ll guide you through the calming, meditative process of rolling, layering, and shaping your own pasta sheets, focusing on the art of slowing down and enjoying the craft.

Once the pasta is done, we’ll shift gears and indulge our sweet side with mascarpone tartlets—buttery, crisp shells filled with rich, creamy mascarpone and topped with seasonal fruits or a drizzle of honey.

Perfect for food lovers, makers, or anyone who wants to learn something new with their hands (and leave with a full heart and full belly).
