For the ones who've been asking…

So many of you have asked me about the business side of what I do… how I plan my lessons, develop my curriculum, build my classes, price my work, and turn something I love into a business of my own. I've heard your questions, and I'm taking that interest to heart as I begin creating something to share what goes on behind the scenes at School of Caroline.

This will be a place to learn about the thinking behind my teaching, the foundations of running a children's cooking business, and all the little details that go into creating something meaningful and sustainable for yourself. From planning recipes and connecting cooking to core subjects to establishing policies, promoting your brand, and learning that not every opportunity is the right one, we'll explore what it really takes to build something of your own.
